Jim
became the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber on January 1,
2012. He is responsible for management of the professional staff and has oversight
of all Chamber programs. Jim serves as lead spokesman for the Chamber on public
policy issues and economic development initiatives. He works directly with the
Chamber’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, foundation and political
action committee.
Prior to his tenure in Tuscaloosa, Jim served nine years as Vice President of the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce in Decatur, Alabama. He holds a degree in Political Science and Marketing from the University of North Alabama. Jim is a graduate of Leadership Alabama and the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management. In 2011, Jim earned the professional designation of Certified Chamber Executive (CCE).

Donny Jones, IOM

Donny
serves as the Chief Operating Officer and has been with the Chamber since March
1998. He is responsible for the internal operations of the Chamber, including
resource development, finances and technology. Donny manages the Business Solutions
and Resource Center, the One-Stop Business License and Permitting Center and
the Tide-Fi wireless internet initiative, all of which he developed. He is heavily
involved in public policy issues, economic development initiatives and various
Chamber committees.
Prior to employment at the Chamber, Donny was a regional manager
with American Home Patient. He graduated with honors from the University of
Alabama with a degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science.
Donny is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management
and the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma. He is
a 2001 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

Tracy Crumpton

Tracy
has worked for the Chamber since May 1998. She is responsible for the financial
affairs of the Chamber and its related entities, including the Chamber’s
foundation and political action committee. Tracy also coordinates many aspects
of the day-to-day operations, including human resources and the Chamber’s
facility.
Tracy previously worked for American Home Patient as the Data Entry Supervisor.
She attended Shelton State Community College and the University of Alabama.
Tracy is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

Fallon
joined the Chamber staff in April 2012. She is responsible for the recruitment
and engagement of new Chamber members. Fallon also manages the Chamber's Working
As 1 resource development program and works directly with its investors.
Fallon previously worked in retail sales and has coordinated special events.
She received a degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University
of Alabama. Fallon is a Tuscaloosa native and her family is very involved in
the local business community.

Stacey
joined the Chamber staff in December 1997. She oversees all Chamber events,
including the Annual Meeting, the Montgomery Drive-In and the Washington Fly-In.
Stacey also manages the Chamber’s leadership development programs, Forerunners
and Leadership Tuscaloosa. She works directly with numerous Chamber groups,
including the Young Professionals Tuscaloosa and the Northport Advisory Committee.
Stacey previously worked as the Advertising Coordinator for Harco Drug Co.
She is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

LoWanda
has been employed at the Chamber since June 2003. She is responsible for general
community and membership information, demographic data, Chamber Connects networking
events, ribbon cuttings, the Chamber’s calendar of events and SCORE (Service
Corps of Retired Executives) business consultation appointments.
LoWanda previously worked for the Franklin County Convention Facility Authority
in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio. She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

Robin
has been with the Chamber since April 2007. She is responsible for all Chamber
communications activities, including Member News Weekly, marketing, media relations,
the annual membership directory, the community map, social media and website
content.
Robin previously worked for a public relations firm representing wineries and
restaurants in Napa Valley, California and as an editor for Wine Country Living
Magazine. She is a 1996 graduate of the University of Alabama and a 2011 graduate
of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

Jill joined the Chamber team as Executive Assistant in January 2013. She provides
administrative support to the executive staff, Board of Directors, Executive
Committee, Foundation and Future PAC. She also assists with economic development
initiatives.
Jill has lived in Tuscaloosa since 1998 and previously worked in business management.
She attended Jacksonville University where she majored in Early Childhood Education.

Carolyn
joined the Chamber staff in April 2002. She works closely with the Adopt-A-School
program and numerous Chamber events, including the Annual Meeting, Northport
Citizen of the Year, State of the Schools, Tuscaloosa Civic Hall of Fame and
business development workshops. Carolyn also provides support to the Minority
Business Council.
Carolyn earned a degree in Business Administration from Stillman College and
is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.

Loo
has worked at the Chamber since June 2005. As the coordinator of the extremely
successful Adopt-A-School program, her primary responsibility is to recruit,
train, motivate, monitor and promote business partners for all schools in the
Tuscaloosa school systems. Additionally, Loo works with Chamber-driven education
and workforce development initiatives.
Prior to joining the Chamber staff, Loo spent twenty-eight years in the Tuscaloosa
City school system as a teacher, coach and athletic director. She received undergraduate
and graduate degrees in education from the University of Alabama and is a 2007
graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.
